Returns and Refunds Policy

At Socks-Mania, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please refer to our policy below to guide you through the return and refund process.


Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. However, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Returns

We accept product returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please Note:

  • Custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return period.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind or other consumer-related reasons, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs will vary based on the carrier you choose.
  • Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods: If the item is incorrect or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@socks-mania.store to confirm the return address and ensure a smooth process. No restocking fees will apply for returns.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  1. First, check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as there may be additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
  3. If you've checked with both your bank and card provider and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@socks-mania.store.
